Main Character Sphere
What We Are Building
You have a database of people who already trusted you with the biggest transaction of their lives. Most of them have not heard from you in over a year.
Not because you do not care. Because calling three hundred people is not something a working agent can do between showings.
This system does that outreach for you, and hands you back a short list of the people worth your time.
How it works
Every morning, the system looks at the people in your sphere and finds the ones whose closing anniversary is coming up. It calls them on your behalf, with an assistant that introduces itself clearly and references their actual home and the year they closed.
The only thing it asks is whether they would like a current value report on their property. If they say yes, they get a text confirming it and an email with the report, written in your voice. If they say anything that needs a real person, the call transfers straight to your cell.
Every evening, you get one email. It contains the people who raised their hand that day, ranked, with the reason each one is worth calling. That list loads straight into your dialer.
What you are buying is not automation. It is a warm list, every morning, from a database you already own.
What this is not
- It is not a listing pitch. The call has one job: offer a value report on a home they own. Nobody gets pitched on the first touch.
- It does not pretend to be you. The assistant identifies itself as an assistant calling on your behalf. Every time.
- It does not blast your database. Twenty five to forty calls a day, maximum five touches per person, ever. Anyone who says stop is removed permanently across every channel.
- It does not replace your dialer. It fills it with better names.
- It does not send anything you have not seen. For your first period with the system, every text and email waits for your approval before it goes out.
Two kinds of contact
The reactivation calling above is one kind. It is capped at five touches per person, ever, and anyone who says stop is removed permanently across every channel.
Calendar touches are the other kind, and they are separate. Birthday, closing anniversary, and a handful of shared dates through the year, so nobody in your sphere goes about three months without hearing from you. You choose the channel for each one, call, text, or email.
They carry no sales content. A birthday message says happy birthday. It does not mention what their house is worth and it does not ask for anything. Every one includes an easy way to opt out.
They are not counted against the five touch campaign limit, because they are a different kind of contact entirely. Closer to a card than an outreach attempt.
How This Rolls Out
You complete Part One and create the accounts in Part Two. Twilio registration is submitted immediately, because it is the long pole and everything else can be built while it clears.
We build and tune the calling script against your database and your market. You will hear it. We will call your phone with it and you will tell us what sounds wrong, and we will keep going until it sounds right.
We run it against a small test group, roughly twenty people from your sphere. You approve every message before it goes out.
Full launch, if the test group looks right. Your daily list starts arriving.
Once a month we refresh your data and pull current numbers for your neighborhoods. You get the daily list every evening.
